Shipping Policy

In-stock products are typically dispatched within 4-5 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location, and you will be notified once your order has been shipped. If a product is unavailable, it will be manufactured within 3-4 months and dispatched upon completion.

Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a no return and refund policy for all items, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting images along with an unboxing video as proof. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging as received, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
